Position Overview: We are seeking a Weather Tightness Warranty Specialist to join our team at our Phoenix, AZ location. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our Weather Tightness Warranty Department, providing essential support and expertise. This position involves reviewing drawings and specifications, conducting on-site inspections nationwide, and preparing detailed inspection reports.
Responsibilities:
Review drawings, specifications, and other project documents to ensure compliance with weather tightness standards.
Conduct on-site inspections at various locations across the United States, assessing the performance of metal roofing systems.
Document inspection findings accurately and thoroughly, providing clear written reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address any weather tightness issues and ensure timely resolution.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to metal roofing and weather tightness.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the residential or commercial roofing trade, with a focus on metal roofing preferred.
