Job Description:
We are seeking a recent Weld School Graduate or an individual with at least 1 year of recent Welding experience to support our manufacturing and fabrication processes for bathroom sinks used in industrial and commercial restrooms. As a Welding Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and durability of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform welding tasks according to specifications and blueprints.
Fabricate and assemble bathroom sinks using various welding techniques.
Inspect welds for accuracy, completeness, and structural integrity.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Recent graduate from a Weld School program OR minimum of 1 year of recent Welding experience.
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening prior to placement.
