Reputable General Contractor in construction seeks experienced Account Manager/Billing Specialist for immediate hire! This position is for full-time work for the right candidates. We are looking for self-starters and team players who can work alongside our office staff!

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Salary: $28-$32 /hr + DOE
Responsibilities
Track project billing due dates and send AIA - G702 and G703 invoices accordingly
Request preliminary notice info from clients as needed
Submit change orders from subcontractors to owners for approval for projects as needed
Audit jobs when needed
Review job pay summary and update accordingly with CO's.
Send monthly billing statements at the beginning of each month
Collections calls and emails to owners for payment after 30 days
Sign and send unconditional lien waivers when payments are received
Keep Schedule of Values for each project updated
Send Intents to lien and file liens when necessary
Prep reports for monthly accounting meetings
Requirements
PC literacy (MS Office, Excel in particular & Google products)
2-5 years of work experience in construction billing/receivables
Excellent organizational skills and Attention to Detail
General knowledge of how to use QuickBooks
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
