We are a 55+ premier housing community located in Gold Canyon, and are looking for an Activities Director Assistant to join our team. The qualified individual assists the Activity Director with the daily processing of the accounting for the Activities Department. This individual also assists with events, meetings, calendar management, newsletter prep, creates flyers and marketing materials, and other duties as assigned or requested.
The typical hours for this position is Monday through Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Must be flexible as (during season) may include working some evening events.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Publisher experience
Cricut or Silhouette experience a plus
Preferred food handler’s certification
Organized and detailed oriented
Office/computer experience
Friendly customer service, excellent communication skills
