CARSTAR Automotive Collision services is growing fast and is in search of another Estimator to join our growing team. We are paying out a very high compensation of 6% of whatever you write. That is anywhere from $70k-100k annually. We have plenty of work through our partnership with CARSTAR and all of their DRP accounts so there is no shortage of claims. Requirements:
-Must be able to work well with other estimators
-Must be fluent in CCC software/no exceptions
-1 year experience in writing estimates
-Punctual and organized
-Professional appearance with a strong work ethic and a desire to get the job done
-Detail orientated with an ability to take charge
-Very customer friendly, being bi-lingual is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
-Write estimates
-Submit supplements
-Communicate with insurance companies and customers on time
-Keep customers updated with repair status/completion date
-Take time to understand/problem solve customer and employee points
-Be a team player willing to take on new tasks and adapt to change
-Keep communication with technicians to insure accurate completion date of repairs
-Inspect vehicles thoroughly before being turned back in to customer
