Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and provide support
Enter and update customer information
Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish
Work efficiently using Microsoft Windows programs
Accurately type notes and customer details
Requirements:
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Strong typing and computer skills
Familiar with Microsoft Windows and basic office applications
Good communication and customer service skills
Dependable and organized
