Specialty construction office in SW Phoenix is seeking a FT contract coordinator/biller to join our team.
Duties include:
- Client contract review
- AIA billings
- Issuing subcontract agreements and purchase orders to subcontractors/vendors
- Change order processing
- Subcontract pay applications
- Prelien notices and lien waivers
- Insurance certs for GC's
- Prequalification packages
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum three years recent experience in a construction office setting with the above-mentioned duties
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Software experience includes
- Microsoft Office (strong in Excel)
- Quickbooks and Foundation a plus
