Construction Office Manager - Admin

We are looking for an experienced Office Admin or Manager who also has decent client relationship skills. We highly prefer that you have experience in construction, fabrication, warehousing, or other industrial sectors.

We manufacture and install our own line of louvered roof and IRP pergolas with full electronics packages. We do high-end custom work and are looking to add to our professional team.

Because we are a fabrication shop AND an installation company, there are multiple schedules to manage. This person would be responsible for:

-Process management

-CRM management

-Inbound call handling and routing

-Client relationship management (answering questions)

-PERMIT applications (including working with our engineer and designer)

-Job folder building and management (making sure our teams have all the resources they need)

-Various office admin tasks

-Ordering and procuring products

-Managing certain logistics.

We want someone who is ON IT and detail-oriented. Our leadership has great vision, and we're growing quickly, but we need an experienced, detail-oriented Office Manager to keep us all resourced and ready to roll. Are you it?
