Position Overview
The Data Entry Specialist will play a critical role in supporting our claims process by accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining data across multiple platforms. This position requires precision, efficiency, and strong organizational skills to ensure claim documentation and reporting meet the highest standards of accuracy.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and software systems
Verify the accuracy of information and identify errors or inconsistencies
Organize and manage electronic files and claim-related documentation
Assist in preparing reports and supporting documents for claims teams
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Requirements
Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role
Fast and accurate typing skills with a strong focus on data integrity
Proficiency in data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
