Location: Florence/Queen Creek, Arizona
Position: part time /Full-Time Dispatcher
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience + performance bonuses

What You’ll Do:
Answer incoming calls for towing, roadside, and impound requests
Dispatch drivers using dispatch software
Coordinate and monitor drivers to ensure timely responses
Communicate with customers, law enforcement, and insurance companies
Manage high-stress situations calmly and professionally
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in dispatching (preferred but not required — we can train the right person!)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Familiarity with Mapping and East Valley roadways is a plus
Ability to work nights, weekends, or holidays (shifts vary)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
