We are a Non-emergency Medical Transportation company looking for a full-time experienced Dispatcher.
This is an In-Office position, must be reliable, self-motivated, honest, and punctual.
The job position is full-time, and the hours will be from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
Your primary job duties will be to answer calls from drivers and clients. Maintaining the daily schedule and coordinating transports with our drivers. Occasionally will work on other office tasks.
There will be a 90-day probationary period.
Our ideal candidate should be professional, ready to assist, able to get job tasks done in a timely manner.
Requirements:
-Must have at least 1 year of dispatching experience
-Must have AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card
-Must be at least 25 years of age
-Must have a clean MVR (motor vehicle record)
-Must have reliable mode of transportation
-Must have valid Arizona drivers license
-Must have basic computer skills, typing and knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
Bilingual preferred but not necessary.
