Front Office Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. This role is key to creating a welcoming environment while providing exceptional administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly

Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable

Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and messages

Support office operations and administrative projects as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace

Excellent organization and multitasking abilities

Positive attitude and professional appearance
