Front Office / Shipping Assistant

This is a part-time position of up to 20 hours a week depending on how you fit yourself in. Should be 2-3 days a week. You can make your own schedule but you must be reliable and you must to stick with it once settled in. This could become a greater opportunity if that's what you're looking for, but that will be up to you.

You MUST be proficient with Quickbooks, all accounts reconciliation, sending out customer statements every week, following up on payment status when needed. Filing and/or scanning paperwork. Maintaining and organizing records in the system(s) is a must. If you aren’t already proficient with quickbooks please do not apply. We will not offer training in this area.

We are a small, family run manufacturing business and we work closely together as a team of 10-12 employees. Someone with a pleasant personality to answer phones and help around the office. Tasks like light shipping and inventory management on excel, invoicing, paying bills.

We use the following: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel / UPS Worldship / Quickbooks Desktop

Pay is $23-$25 per hr. depending on experience and willingness to play on the team.
