We have an immediate contractual opportunity with one of our largest clients in Phoenix, AZ for a L2 Support Engineer with ServiceNow expertise.
For this position, the ideal candidate must have overall 7 years' experience.
Candidate should have hands-on experience on the following ITSM applications (Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience):

  • Incident Management with L2 Level Support
  • problem
  • Change
  • Knowledge
  • CMDB
The required candidate must have ServiceNow admin certification with latest release. Should handle the admin activities like managing the SMO L1 support team. Should be able to possess the Incident manager role. Should be able to analyze and troubleshoot the incidents. Should be able to work on upgrade related activities. Should be able to understand basics of CMDB architecture. Should be able to work on Change tasks. Creating Reports, Dashboards and SLA definitions are must. Hands on Performance Analytics is preferable. Should have knowledge on ITSM pro features. Should have very good communication skills and act as a bridge between Customer (Stakeholders) and Offshore team.
