La Mesa Village Apartments is seeking a Full-Time experienced Leasing Agent.

The job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for leasing units as soon as they are available.
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and address resident concerns or issues.
- Advertises and markets vacancies to attract tenants.
- Collects rents
-Walk Property, Create & Send Notes to residents.
- Other duties as assigned.
English/Spanish - Bilingual
Experience and/or Qualifications:
- Must understand property management.
- Provide excellent customer service and be customer focused.
- Highly Organized, punctuality & honesty with excellent time management skills.
- Minimum High School or GED.
- Availability on weekends.
- Transportation
