We need a personal assistant that can anticipate needs before they happen, be flexible and shift on the fly, and bring solutions not problems to the table. Just for clarification, applicants do not need to be female, but you need to understand this position will be assisting with both personal and business tasks.
MOST importantly, you must be resourceful, take minimal instruction and find the correct answer. We need a hustler.
You will be assisting the CEO of our company with whatever his daily needs might be. It could be anything from making reservations for a meal or appointments, to finding information on places/people/things, picking up lunch or dry cleaning, listening in on calls and taking notes. The task will be as endless as they are varied. The hours will not be conventional, it will be a whirlwind day in and day out.
Now for the fun part, being the assistant to the CEO will also mean that you will get to enjoy perks as the CEO enjoys them. Hard work will always be rewarded and there will be opportunities to do and try things you have never been able to before.
