Duties:
Enter purchase orders, bills, and invoices from vendors.
General data entry
General office work, (sorting, filing, answering phones, taking messages)
Update all customer and vendor information
Communicate both written and verbally with customers, vendors, co-workers
and employees daily
Combined work and education that demonstrate the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the required duties outlined below:
Must be proficient in QuickBooks, ADP payroll, H.R.
General accounting skills A/R, A/P
Beginning to intermediate skill in Word and Excel
Experience with Outlook
Must be self- motivated and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Professional work ethic and organized, hardworking and honest.
Hours-Monday thru Friday 7:30 am - 4pm
PTO accrues after 90 days
