We are looking for the right individual to add to our amazing team! In our boutique office it is less about a job title, and more about team effort to accomplish our goals. This position will include Appointment Setting, Customer Service and Support, Administrative Duties, Account Management and other day-to-day responsibilities. If you are highly organized, an effective communicator, reliable, energetic, adaptable, team oriented, and a “jack-of-all-trades” type, this could be a great fit!

This is an in-office position. Telecommuting is not available.

About the position:

Appointment Setting for our Managing Partner.

Provide trouble-shooting support for our valuable customers.

Provide support to team-mates to complete projects within provided deadlines.

Administrative Office duties, such clerical work and research projects.

Ongoing support from inspirational leaders who care tremendously about your success.

Compensation and Benefits

$45,000-$55,000/year DOE.

Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and much more.

40-hour standard weekly schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekdays with paid time-off, paid holidays.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Successful individuals will possess an excellent aptitude for communication and thoughtfulness, solution focused mentality, strong work ethic and communication skills, an outgoing and competitive personality and coach-able attitude.

Proficiency in MS Excel is highly desirable

1+ year of Office Administration or similar is preferred by not required. We are willing to train the right individual.

Must have reliable transportation.
