Office Admin/Bookkeeper

We are seeking a skilled and detail-focused bookkeeper and office administrator to become part of our team at our office. This is a full-time position for someone who is adept at managing financial records and is eager to help us succeed.

Responsibilities:

Keep financial records up to date, including accounts payable and receivable.

Monitor client payments and manage invoicing.

Welcome and assist clients at the front desk (low traffic).

Handle phone calls.

Support court filing and scheduling.

Perform general office administration and other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a bookkeeper

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Capability to multitask and manage priorities independently.
