Your duties will be:

Scheduling our technicians and installers.

Entering & processing jobs.

Paying bills.

Emailing customers.

Customer service and follow through.

Performing various other office duties.

What we need from you:

Highly Organized – We have a sales team as well as a technician team to schedule in the most logistically efficient manner, this takes some skill!

An Excellent Eye For Detail – If you double and triple check to make sure things are done correct, we want to meet you!

Independent Thinker – After on board training period, can you work independently to get the job done? Are you able to attempt to find solutions on your own?

Work Well With Others - We offer a fun workplace environment. Do you get along with your co workers? We all do.

If you have experience scheduling in related industries such as blinds & shutters, cabinets, flooring, pest control, plumbing, electrical, windows or any other type of technicians in the field we encourage you to apply.
