Job Description:

High Side Electric is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our team. This full-time position will be responsible for maintaining accurate QuickBooks records, processing payroll, and supporting the smooth operation of daily office functions. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date QuickBooks records.

Process payroll for employees on a regular schedule.

Handle day-to-day office administrative duties.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Prepare financial reports as needed.

Assist with other tasks related to office management and bookkeeping.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and payroll processing (ADP)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.

Strong communication skills.

WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

Compensation:

$18 to $20 per hour, based on experience.
