As an Office Clerk I at NWR, you will provide administrative and clerical support for our Phoenix office. The role provides general office services contributing to the effective and efficient operation of the front office.

This position requires the following:

Individual who manages multiple tasks simultaneously, interacts positively with staff, solves problems creatively, takes initiative, attends to details, and is organized and efficient.

Outstanding written and oral communication skills; research skills; ability to analyze, think critically and explain alternatives clearly

Ability to creatively problem solve both independently and as part of a team

Accurate and timely follow up

Respond promptly to all requests and inquiries

Job Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate personnel

Filing – A/R, A/P, Job Files

In charge of ordering office supplies weekly

Hotel Reservations

Calculate perdiem & travel

Purchase items needed for projects

Confirm hours on timecards daily for all employees

When requested, assist with marketing documents

Assistant upper management when needed
