The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of the office. They will be responsible for: typing proposals, memos, setting up conference calls, coordinating travel, creating and maintaining reports in MS Excel and Word, managing a multi-line telephone system, processing all incoming and outgoing mail, ordering supplies, processing payroll, and supporting management with the day-to-day business needs.

Job Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills & decision making skills

Ability to multitask (a must)

Organizational skills with attention to detail

Strong data entry skills

Basic accounting knowledge

Computer knowledge (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, prior SAP experience a plus!)
