The following is the ideal candidate. We are a growing company and are looking for the following person.
Has experience working for a residential remodeling company as a project manager – coordinator or Office Manager. A project manager – coordinator to us is someone that:
Works closely with the homeowner.
Meeting with the homeowner regularly and helping to coordinate the project.
Work with our interior designer on projects.
Helps with the selection of special material: Tiles, Countertops, Flooring, cabinets, flooring, etc.
Helps with procurement of these items: Where to purchase, best buys, quantities needed, timeliness of delivery
Know and understand how to use Buildertrend – our management software
Know and understand the basics of QuickBooks.
Any design programs like Chief Architect or 20/20 are a plus.
Assist the Owner of the company.
Prepare Reports.
Review reports on projects.
Coordinate crew and projects.
Help with Marketing
We do 5 home shows a year. The home shows produce most of our projects.
Attend the 5 home shows during the year and help gain customer leads.
Obtain 5-star reviews from our customers
Post and maintain Social Media sites

Post blogs on the website.
