Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm

Compensation: $21 - $22/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Office Services Associate to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment by managing a range of responsibilities including mailroom operations, printing services, and general facilities support. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling diverse tasks, from managing office supplies to assisting with conference services and minor office maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Mailroom Management: Process incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, and courier services. Ensure timely and accurate distribution of mail and packages.

Printing and Copy Services: Operate and maintain office printers and copiers. Handle print requests and ensure high-quality output for internal and external documents.

Facilities Support: Perform routine facilities tasks such as changing light bulbs, setting up meeting rooms, and moving furniture. Assist with basic construction or repair work as needed.

Receptionist Duties: Provide front-desk support by greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.

Conference Services: Set up and manage conference rooms, including arranging seating, audio-visual equipment, and refreshments.

Office Maintenance: Assist with hanging pictures, adjusting office layout, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Miscellaneous Tasks: Support various office projects, including reprographics and transport coordination, and perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience in office services, facilities management, or a similar role is preferred.

Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to operate office equipment, including printers, copiers, and basic tools for minor repairs.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with staff and visitors.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move office furniture, handle basic maintenance tasks, and be on your feet for extended periods.

Dress Code: Business casual. Polo shirts and other business casual attire are appropriate for this role.
