We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a key role requiring a proactive individual to manage administrative and operational tasks, including QuickBooks, accounts payable/receivable, and providing support to our Fleet Manager.
Responsibilities:
-Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes using QuickBooks.
-Maintain and organize financial records and assist in preparing reports.
-Support the Fleet Manager with driver and vehicle files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
-Assist with general office duties such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
-Manage incoming calls, emails, and general communication.
-Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support operations.
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
-Previous experience in AP/AR and administrative roles is preferred.
-Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
