Part-Time Front Office Admin. Assistant

Small West Valley Upholstery Shop has a part-time (no evenings or weekends), front office position available.

This is a part time position perfect for someone looking for extra income. You would train with the office manager during the first week and after training you would be needed 1-2 days a week, 8-16 hours average weekly. Our office manager will be out of the office some weeks (with advance notice) for multiple days (example: Mon-Wed) and you would be needed to work the additional days. Basic job functions would be greeting customers, in person or on the phone, taking messages, adding notes to work orders, receiving materials, entering invoices and receiving payments. QuickBooks experience is preferred but will train the right person. Must be comfortable working directly with the staff and with customers, both in person and on the phone.

Hours of operation are Monday thru Thursday 7:30am to 4:00 pm and Fridays 7:30am to 3:00pm. Ideal candidate would be flexible with days available and willing to work an average of 8-16 hours a week.
