Part-Time Admin Assistant – Operations & Accounting
Location: In-office position at 16th St & Camelback, Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Compensation: $20/hour
Join a busy, growing property management company in Phoenix as a Part-Time Executive Assistant supporting our Operations & Accounting Manager. This role is perfect for moms, retirees, or anyone seeking a steady, mid-day schedule with a tight-knit, ambitious team.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our clients well cared for.
What You’ll Do
HOA Management & Communication
o Assist with day-to-day HOA coordination and follow-up
o Draft and send routine correspondence and notices
o Help maintain organized HOA records and documentation
Administrative & Operational Support
o Data entry and database updates
o Online and phone-based research as needed
o Prepare mailings, notices, and basic document packets
o Track and replenish office and operational supplies
Client & Customer Support
o Provide light customer service via phone and email
o Assist with new client onboarding and paperwork
o Coordinate basic scheduling and follow-ups
Accounting Support (Light)
o Assist with basic invoice entry and tracking
o Help organize receipts and supporting documents
o Support simple reconciliations and reporting tasks under supervision
What We’re Looking For
Prior office, administrative, bookkeeping, or customer service experience preferred
Comfortable with basic computer work: email, spreadsheets, and data entry
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
