Project Administration / Coordinator Wanted
We are a multi-division restoration / construction company
Responsibilities
· Assist project managers with daily tasks
· Help determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
· Work as a liaison for the client, insurance companies and third party administrators
· Verify with field staff each phase of job is completed so next task can be scheduled
· Confirm completed work by subcontractors and/or technicians
· Confirm all required paperwork is completed and uploaded to the appropriate parties
· Act as a point of contact for all parties involved with project.
· Evaluate progress of project - Be prepared to report on all progress
· Help prepare billings
· Monitor and log hours, equipment and the materials used.
· Issue or create appropriate legal paperwork (i.e. Liens)
· Maintain all job files
· Work with project manager to eliminate obstacles
· Act in a professional manner
· Update customer portals
· Manage the customers and their experience
Skills Required:
· Multi Task
· Knowledge of mitigation and restoration is helpful
· Excellent Communication
· Knowledge of all Office Programs
· Knowledge of construction and construction process .
