Salary: $40,000–$50,000 per year

We’re looking for a sharp, dependable Office Manager/Coordinator to support our restoration team. If you’re organized, great with people, and comfortable keeping multiple moving parts on track, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily office operations and support project managers
- Schedule crews, subcontractors, and vendors
- Communicate with customers regarding project timelines and updates
- Maintain documentation, job files, and insurance-related paperwork
- Track progress, deadlines, and follow-up tasks
- Assist with estimating, billing, and production tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in office management, coordination, construction/restoration support, or a related field
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Solid ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable with basic software tools (QuickBooks, Dash, or similar experience is a plus)
- Someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with us
