We are looking for someone that possesses the following skills/attributes:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Good work ethic, self-motivated and organized
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
Needs to be very detailed oriented

Duties include:
Answering phones, directing calls and dispatching technicians.
Maintaining current customer data base
Customer follow-up
Other general light office duties
