The Job:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate the purchase of real estate investment properties
- Communicate in a friendly manner throughout the purchasing process
- Foster relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up in the company provided CRM
- Travel to properties to obtain photos and meet with sellers or other agents

The Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills with a history of sales experience
- Excellent people skills
- Coachable, consistent, and accountable
- Experience in real estate sales or investment is preferred
- Active real estate license (or ability to obtain one - I’ll guide you)
