Key Responsibilities:

✅ Review, scan, and upload transaction documents

✅ Answer and direct office calls professionally and courteously

✅ Respond to emails and schedule property photo shoots

✅ Perform general clerical tasks (copying, filing, faxing, etc.)

✅ Assist agents and internal staff with inquiries in a timely manner

✅ Confirm closing dates, locations, and required documentation
