Mark-Taylor is hiring full time Maintenance Technicians for multiple locations in the Phoenix valley! Working hours are 7am-3:30pm with a break.
The Maintenance Technician team is responsible for the daily upkeep of the physical building, apartment units, property exterior and common area appearance.
Service minor air conditioning and/or heating failures, appliance repairs, electrical , plumbing problems
Complete minor carpentry and drywall repairs.
Perform necessary repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
Maintain daily pool care/ assure pool is in proper chemical balance and area is free of safety concerns.
Provide excellent customer service to all residents.
Basic understanding of written and verbal English
You must have general knowledge in the following areas:
Plumbing
Electrical
Pool Maintenance
HVAC
Carpentry
Landscape Maintenance
Appliances
OSHA-related standards
This is a full time position with paid training and uniforms provided! We provide an extra $3/hour shift premium for all on -call hours. Mark-Taylor offers comprehensive benefits including paid time off, paid sick leave, health insurance, and 401k with a match.
