We are looking for an EXPERIENCED individual or couple to either live on-site or commute from home 5-6 days per week. This beautiful, 75-unit apartment community fronting on Apache Blvd/Light Rail is brand new, and lease-up should begin by mid-September.
The successful candidate(s) should possess the following skill-sets: a.) administrative, showing apartments to prospective residents, issuing background/credit applications, lease preparation, vendor communications, light apartment turns, placing ads, and so on; and, b.) maintenance and cleaning (including parking lot and common areas), apartment preparation and turns, dealing with vendors, and (if on-site) occasional security patrol. The bottom line is that if you've done this sort of work in the past, then you know what we're looking for.
