We are a growing property management company seeking an experienced Designated Broker to support our expansion efforts. This is a part-time, fully remote role requiring approximately 10 hours per month with a completely flexible schedule.
This opportunity is perfect for a detail-oriented, ethical Arizona-licensed Real Estate Broker who is looking for a low-commitment, high-impact position.
Responsibilities:
Review and approve property management transactions for compliance with ADRE and company policy
Conduct periodic file audits to ensure accuracy
Provide guidance to agents on contract practices and legal requirements
Communicate regularly with company owner
Stay current on ADRE rules, update, and risk management practices
Qualifications:
Active Arizona Real Estate Broker’s License required
Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
