Pillar Communities is looking for a Groundskeeper/Porter to work in one of our upscale apartment home communities. The Groundskeeper/Porter is responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the site, and is attentive to Pillars’ goals relating to resident satisfaction and retention.
Clean common areas (including office, clubroom, pool and spa, parking lots, fitness center, restrooms, mail area, trash enclosures, signage and fencing/gate area) on a daily basis.
Assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter. Rake, sweep, and shovel as circumstances warrant.
Clean pool deck: remove gum and food stains.
Wash exterior of windows, and clean all interior windows/glass/doors.
Clean all light fixtures and vents.

In order to qualify for this position, you must possess the following:
Operational knowledge of basic landscape/cleaning equipment and supplies
