Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective tenants through various channels to generate leads
- Prequalify potential renters to ensure a seamless leasing process
- Set appointments and conduct property showings with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Show a variety of property types, including low-income housing, to accommodate diverse client needs
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our rental properties and the local market
- Work diligently to fill vacancies quickly and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license in Arizona
- Must have a reliable vehicle for client meetings and property showings (and willing to drive valley-wide)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ambition and a strong work ethic
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with a tenacious approach to achieving goals
Compensation:
- Projected monthly commission income between $4,500 to $7,000 per month ($300 per Lease), with opportunities for real estate sales on a split commission basis.
