I am an older, associate broker in the East Valley. I am helping very close family friends with their large "fixup" home in the West Valley near Encanto and 43rd Ave.
I am looking for listing help with an experienced, ethical, smart mover and shaker. Our marketing plan is in place and we want to sell within 60-75 days. There will be two smaller replacement homes or condos purchased after sale.
Home will be listing by March 20.
