- ON-SITE PROPERTY MANAGER -
This is an ideal position for a couple with a stay at home parent, a small family, retiree, or working parent. Consists of managing a small, well maintained, gated/secured, quiet and clean 24-unit single story community. Flexibility with days/hours and an opportunity for additional income while staying at home. Manager(s) must live on the property.
Compensation includes a 50% reduction in monthly rent along with opportunities for additional income by performing simple maintenance and upkeep tasks. We reserve one of the nicest, completely remodeled 2BR, 1BA unit's with a private patio, washer / dryer inside, and all other modern appliances for the Manager(s).
-Supervisory experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
-Must be good with people (customer service).
-Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Overseeing and preserving the property is a key duty of the Property Manager. Being proactive by performing exterior property inspections ensures that the property is well-kept, clean, landscape is alive and well, and the community is running smoothly. The property manager communicates to and is supported by the off-site Management Office.
