Job Opportunity: Part-Full Time Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Full Time Maintenance Technician to join our team and work across several of our retail centers. If you are self-motivated, honest, and ready to make a positive impact, we would love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day cleaning, upkeep, and repairs of our properties
Conduct property tours and inspections
Day portering and parking lot sweeping
Painting and power washing
Other maintenance tasks as required
Ideal Candidate:
Self-motivated, reliable, and honest
Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
Comfortable working independently
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Ability to work late evening or early morning shifts; weekends may be available
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and comfortable with ladder work
Maintenance or related experience is recommended (on-the-job training provided for the right candidate)
