Create/Open new maintenance tickets
Determine maintenance needs and identify specific property plan
Schedule maintenance; lawn care; painters; cleaners; pool service
Order appliances and services
Approve invoices/investigate discrepancies
Responsible for property close out procedure and notification to owner's as necessary and monthly tracking
Mediate between combinations of owners; tenants; vendors; supervisors and coworkers
Follow up with contractors and track weekly progress
Work closely with leasing agents in determining property needs
Handle all necessary written correspondence, emails and responses
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Excel in computer skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, Rent Manager Software
Strong work ethic
Prior work background in Property Management
Team player but able to work independently
