Qualifications
-Must be a licensed real estate agent in Arizona.
-Prospective agents must be high-school graduates and at least 18 years of age.
-Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity.
-This candidate is a fast starter and is highly money motivated who is looking for the right opportunity to use -their people skills and talents to build a lasting career.
-A professional, sharp person who understands success comes through hard work and tenacity.Â
-Understand contract writing and negotiation.
-This person is teachable and is always trying to improve themselves by reading books, watching videos, reading blogs, or by whatever means possible.Â
-Sales experience NOT required.
