As our Designated Buyers Agent, you will be familiar with and understand the Real Estate market as well as the needs of Real Estate Investors. You will be responsible for handling the needs of them wanting to expand their portfolios as well as our multitude of tenants buying their next home.
What you should bring to the table is experience promoting and selling property and/or services, knowledge of the real estate industry, effective written and oral communication skills, and most importantly, the right attitude! Take it a step further. Do you have good marketing skills, able to run a cash flow analyses, know how to speak to an investor? Then you sound like someone we want to meet.
This position requires an individual who can work independently, as well as, cooperatively with one of the top property management teams in Arizona. The ideal candidate for this role will be:
