Must have knowledge of move-outs, 5-day notices, 30-day notices, legal notices, renewals and posting rent payments. Appfolio software experience a plus! This position includes assisting area managers, on-site managers and tenants, as well as bookkeeping. Salary will be determined by your experience and skills.
