Well Established Valley Commercial Real Estate firm needs a Real Estate Broker's Assistant to work with this 100 Employee firm's Owner in leasing administrative support :
Duties:
~ Assist Commercial Real Estate Broker :~ Field client phone calls, create letters of intent, create lease documents and sales agreements ( from templates provided).
~ Coordinate scheduling / calendaring, greet clients, update the database, update marketing materials.
$ 46,000 - 52,000 Hours : Monday - Friday 8 - 5
