Apple Retail Sales / Front Counter Tech - Apple Computers and Devices
The Apple Xchange is looking for a candidate familiar with Apple devices, customer service and retail experience preferred. We are looking for a motivated candidate willing to learn new things. We will train a qualified candidate on what it takes to diagnose issues and become familiar with current Apple Computers and Devices (iPhones, iPads, iPods), but some past technical/sales experience is required.
You will be responsible for Retail Sales in store for The Apple Xchange. Retail Sales also includes the taking in of service items and basic troubleshooting of customer issues. Duties also include placement of items in the retail showroom, tracking inventory and making purchasing recommendations. You would also be responsible for keeping the showroom appearing in the best possible manner to give the customer the best experience.

9:45AM Tuesday - Friday
9:45AM - 3PM Saturdays.
Sundays and Mondays off.
