Job Overview:
As a Manager in Training, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training staff, driving sales, and ensuring top-notch customer service. This position provides excellent growth potential, with the opportunity to advance into leadership positions within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Provide training, coaching, and development for staff members.
Lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistency.
Store Operations:
Manage daily store operations with minimal supervision.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
Monitor and maintain store performance metrics, including sales goals.
Sales & Customer Service:
Build strong relationships with customers and vendors.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Administrative Duties:
Track inventory levels and minimize loss.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain employee records, including performance reviews.
Participate in conference calls and lead team meetings.
Qualifications:
Retail or management experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
