Entry to mid level technical support people needed for retail technical support and sales. You will be responsible for repairing computers as well as selling computers and providing other related technical solutions to clients in a retail environment.
You will install, configure and maintain Windows and Apple based desktops, laptops, peripherals, hardware and software. Ability to work with clients and co-workers in a professional, approachable, and positive manner required.
Candidate must possess an outgoing and friendly personality and very strong problem-solving skills along with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, written and verbal required. Must be able to work independently as well as and in a team oriented environment. Close attention to detail is a must. Candidate must be neatly dressed and present themselves well in a business environment. Strong documentation skills and the ability to breakdown complex problems to arrive at a solution quickly is required.
Qualifications
1 years experience troubleshooting PC and/or Mac desktops, laptops, networks, software, hardware, Microsoft Office suites, email, printers, and peripherals is required. An additional 1 years of experience in the hospitality and/or sales industry is also strongly desirable.
Reliable vehicle and smart phone are also required.
Selected candidate must be available to work 20-30 Hours a week to start. The hours we need to fill can vary but are usually between 9a - 6p on weekdays and 10a - 4p on Saturdays. Candidate should preferably live within the Peoria/Glendale area.
