Job Description:
As an Entry Level Technician at Access Professional Systems, you will:
Assist senior technicians on various installation and service projects.
Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks under supervision.
Learn and apply basic to intermediate technical skills related to our industry.
Document project progress and service details meticulously.
Engage in ongoing training to develop your skills into becoming a leading installation and service technician.
Required Qualifications:
Experience with basic hand tools.
Basic handyman skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
Willingness to work in the field and outdoors daily.
Results-driven mindset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, smartphones, and tablets.
Basic knowledge of computer networking is advantageous.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player.
Pay Classifications / Benefits:Hourly Wage: $20-25.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Insurance:Medical: APS covers 90% of the employee premium and 25% of family premiums. Options include Kaiser and Blue Cross (Scripps, SHARP).

Leave:Six paid holidays after introductory period.
Ten days of PTO, accumulation starts on Day 1, available post-introductory period.
Pay Schedule: Weekly paychecks on Fridays.
